  • 4 croissants, cut in half horizontally
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 8 Slices of P’tit Quebec Natural Brick Cheese
  • 8 slices deli turkey
  • 1 large red-skinned apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) honey


  1. Preheat panini press to medium-high; grease panini plates well.
  2. Spread mustard evenly over bottoms of each croissant. Top with cheese, turkey, apple slices and honey.
  3. Toast in panini press, in batches, for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown, toasted and cheese is melted.

Tip: For make-ahead, sandwiches can be prepared, then wrapped and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
